01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and AllinOneGig ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the AllinOneGig platform located at allinonegig.com and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
⚠️ Important: If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" include both you and that entity.
02 Eligibility
To use the AllinOneGig Platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
- Not be prohibited from receiving our services under Nigerian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Not have had a previous account suspended or permanently banned by AllinOneGig for violations of these Terms.
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information.
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements. We may require identity verification documents for accounts engaging in high-value transactions.
03 Our Services
AllinOneGig provides the following core services through the Platform:
- Proxy Services: Residential, static residential, and mobile proxy access from global IP pools, billed per gigabyte (GB) of data consumed or per month for static plans.
- Account Shop: Purchase of pre-created, verified accounts for remote work platforms, survey sites, and freelance marketplaces.
- Escrow Trading: Peer-to-peer marketplace where users buy and sell services, digital goods, and account access under escrow protection. AllinOneGig holds funds securely and releases them upon confirmed delivery.
- Wallet System: A digital wallet denominated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) for funding orders and receiving payouts, top-up via Paystack.
- Referral Programme: Earn 10% commission on qualifying orders from users you introduce to the Platform.
- Messaging: End-to-end encrypted direct messaging between registered users.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time with reasonable notice to users. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.
04 Account Registration & Security
To access the Platform's full features, you must register for an account by providing your full name, a valid email address, a unique username, and a password. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
- Not share your account with any other person or allow others to access the Platform through your account.
- Notify us immediately at allinonegig@outlook.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Be solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
You may not create multiple accounts. If we detect duplicate accounts created to abuse the referral system, circumvent bans, or for any fraudulent purpose, all associated accounts will be permanently banned and any wallet balances may be forfeited.
🔴 Security Notice: AllinOneGig will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. Never share your password with anyone including our support team.
05 Payments, Wallet & Payouts
All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) through Paystack, a licensed payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Paystack's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
Wallet Top-Up:
- Minimum top-up amount is ₦500. Maximum single top-up is ₦500,000.
- Funds are credited to your wallet only after successful Paystack payment verification.
- Wallet balances do not earn interest and have no expiry date while your account is active.
- USD prices displayed on the platform are indicative only, based on a reference exchange rate. Actual NGN charges apply.
Payout Requests:
- You may request withdrawal of your wallet balance to a Nigerian bank account. Minimum withdrawal is ₦1,000.
- Payouts are processed within 24–72 business hours after approval. We do not guarantee same-day processing.
- You are responsible for providing correct bank account details. AllinOneGig is not liable for funds sent to incorrectly provided account details.
- Payouts may be delayed or withheld pending identity verification or fraud review.
- AllinOneGig does not charge a fee for payouts, however your bank may apply a receipt fee.
💡 Note: Wallet balances are not insured or guaranteed by any government deposit insurance scheme. Do not maintain more balance than you intend to use in the near term.
06 Escrow Trading
The escrow system allows users to trade goods and services with payment protection. By initiating or participating in a trade, you agree to the following:
How Escrow Works:
- The buyer initiates a trade and pays the agreed amount plus a 10% platform fee into escrow.
- AllinOneGig holds the funds securely until delivery is confirmed.
- The seller delivers the agreed item, service, or credentials.
- The buyer confirms receipt within 7 days. Failure to confirm or dispute within 7 days constitutes automatic confirmation and funds will be released to the seller.
- Upon confirmation, the seller receives the agreed amount minus the 10% platform fee.
Platform Fee: AllinOneGig charges a non-refundable 10% fee on all escrow trades. This fee is deducted from the seller's proceeds and is clearly disclosed at trade creation.
Disputes:
- Either party may raise a dispute within 7 days of the seller marking delivery.
- AllinOneGig will review evidence from both parties and make a binding decision within 48 hours.
- Our decision on disputes is final and not subject to further appeal on the Platform.
- Submitting false evidence or fraudulent claims in a dispute may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance.
⚠️ Warning: AllinOneGig is not responsible for the quality, legality, or fitness for purpose of any goods or services traded on the Platform. Trade at your own risk. We only guarantee the payment protection mechanism.
07 Proxy Services
Our proxy services provide access to IP addresses sourced from our network providers. Use of proxy services is subject to the following conditions:
Acceptable Use: Proxies may be used for legitimate purposes including web research, geo-restricted content access, survey participation, and remote job platform access where such access is technically permitted.
Prohibited Use: You must not use our proxy services for:
- Any illegal activity under Nigerian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Fraud, identity theft, phishing, or social engineering.
- Credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or any form of unauthorised system access.
- Distributing malware, spam, or conducting denial-of-service attacks.
- Accessing child sexual abuse material or any content prohibited by law.
- Circumventing sanctions, export controls, or law enforcement orders.
- Scraping or harvesting personal data without consent in violation of applicable law.
AllinOneGig reserves the right to immediately terminate proxy services without refund if prohibited use is detected. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations involving abuse of our services.
Service Level: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted proxy service. If a proxy order fails due to our system and we cannot deliver, a full refund will be issued to your wallet.
08 Account Shop
The AllinOneGig Account Shop sells access to pre-created accounts on third-party platforms. By purchasing from the Account Shop, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Third-party platforms (Appen, Prolific, Upwork, Amazon Flex, etc.) have their own Terms of Service which may prohibit account sharing or transfer. You are solely responsible for complying with those terms.
- AllinOneGig makes no warranty that purchased accounts will remain active or unsuspended by the third-party platform.
- Account Shop purchases are final and non-refundable once credentials have been delivered and accessed, except in cases where credentials are confirmed invalid at delivery.
- You must not attempt chargebacks through your card issuer for delivered and accessed Account Shop items. Such actions constitute fraud and will result in permanent account suspension.
- AllinOneGig is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to any of the third-party platforms featured in the Account Shop.
⚠️ Disclaimer: Use of purchased accounts on third-party platforms is entirely at your own risk. AllinOneGig accepts no liability for earnings, losses, or account bans resulting from use of purchased accounts.
09 Refunds & Disputes
Proxy Orders:
- Full wallet refund if we are unable to deliver within 24 hours of a confirmed paid order.
- Full wallet refund if delivered credentials are confirmed invalid at the time of delivery.
- No refund for proxy GB or months already consumed or credentials already accessed and used.
- Partial refund may be granted at admin discretion for documented service failures.
Escrow Trades:
- Full refund to buyer's wallet if a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favour.
- No refund of the 10% platform fee in any circumstance.
- Refunds for cancelled trades are credited to the buyer's wallet, not the original payment method.
Account Shop:
- Full refund if credentials delivered are demonstrably invalid (tested within 24 hours of delivery).
- No refund if credentials were valid at delivery and subsequently changed or suspended by the third-party platform.
Wallet Balance: Wallet balances are not refundable to external bank accounts except through the standard payout request process. We do not process Paystack reversals for wallet top-ups that have been credited.

10 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct on the Platform:
- Impersonating any person, organisation, or AllinOneGig staff member.
- Creating accounts for the purpose of manipulating the referral system or platform statistics.
- Using the messaging system to harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or any part of the Platform's backend.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the Platform's source code.
- Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the Platform without prior written consent.
- Publishing or distributing another user's personal information without their consent.
- Conducting transactions designed to launder money or conceal the source of funds.
- Attempting to circumvent any suspension, ban, or restriction imposed by AllinOneGig.
- Making false reports or fraudulent dispute claims against other users.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of wallet balance, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities.
11 Referral Programme
AllinOneGig operates a referral programme that rewards users for introducing new customers to the Platform. The programme is subject to the following terms:
- Referral commission is 10% of the net order value of qualifying orders placed by referred users.
- Commission is credited to your wallet automatically when a referred user's order is confirmed paid.
- Qualifying orders are proxy purchases and Account Shop purchases made by users who signed up using your referral link. Escrow trades do not currently generate referral commission.
- Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts to refer yourself) are strictly prohibited and will result in commission reversal and account suspension.
- Referring users to the Platform using spam, misleading advertising, or prohibited channels will void all earned commission and result in programme disqualification.
- AllinOneGig reserves the right to modify commission rates, qualifying order types, and programme terms at any time with 14 days' notice.
- Accumulated referral commission with no qualifying order activity for 12 months may be subject to expiry at AllinOneGig's discretion.
12 Intellectual Property
All content on the AllinOneGig Platform, including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, software, code, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of AllinOneGig and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform.
- Use the AllinOneGig name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.
- Reproduce any Platform content for commercial purposes.
- Create derivative works based on the Platform's design or software.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us regarding the Platform may be used by AllinOneGig without any obligation to compensate you or maintain confidentiality.
13 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllinOneGig shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- Third-party platform account suspensions or earnings reductions resulting from use of our proxy or account services.
- Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.
- Service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
- Actions of other users on the Platform, including fraudulent trades or misrepresentations.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to AllinOneGig in the 90 days preceding the claim.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
14 Account Termination & Suspension
By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting us at allinonegig@outlook.com. Prior to closure, you should withdraw your wallet balance through the standard payout process. Wallet balances remaining at account closure may be forfeited after 30 days of inactivity following a closure request.
By Us: AllinOneGig reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Conduct that we determine is harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
- Non-payment of fees or successful chargebacks.
- Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 24 months).
- Any reason at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform immediately ceases. We may retain your data for legal, regulatory, and fraud prevention purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. Any pending escrow trades at the time of termination will be resolved at AllinOneGig's discretion, which may include refunding the buyer.
15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to AllinOneGig's customer support team for informal resolution. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
16 Changes to These Terms
AllinOneGig reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
- Send an email notification to your registered email address at least 14 days before changes take effect for material changes.
- Display a prominent notice on the Platform dashboard.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
